1. Introduction and Acceptance

All services are subject to agreed-upon fees, payable in full before campaign commencement.
3. Eligibility and User Representation
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using GAPPA’s services, you affirm that you meet these criteria.
4. White Label Services and Content Usage
All content and materials produced by GAPPA, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, are created for white label use. This means you may rebrand the materials as you see fit. Licensed photos provided are for the exclusive use of our direct clients and cannot be transferred to third parties. However, royalty-free photos and AI-generated content can be shared further.
5. Service Utilization and Subscription Terms:
5.1 Package Implementation:
After purchasing a package, clients are not required to immediately utilize all the services included. Instead, they can order individual services within the valid period of the package. For example, if a client purchases a package of 50 services, they can request each of these services separately, spread over a period of up to 10 months. This flexibility allows our clients to tailor the timing of our services to their specific needs and schedules.
Please Note: The implementation period for purchased services depends on the type of package or individual service purchased and is specified in the detailed description of each service on our website. These periods range from 3 to 12 months, depending on the purchased package. Services not utilized within these timeframes may be forfeited without refund. Extension requests can be made at no additional cost but must be submitted before the original timeframe expires, subject to approval.
5.2 Subscription Services:
For subscription-based services, unused allocations do not roll over to the subsequent month. Each subscription period begins anew with the agreed-upon service quotas.When you cancel your subscription, unused services will remain available in your account after cancellation until the end of the subscription month.
5.3 Custom Arrangements:
We recognize that each client’s needs are unique. GAPPA offers the flexibility to establish individual terms of cooperation tailored to specific requirements. To explore custom arrangements, please contact our team directly at gappa@gappanet.com.
5.4 Service Expiration:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely utilization of purchased services within the specified timeframes. GAPPA is not obligated to honor or extend services beyond their designated implementation or subscription periods.
6. Service Fees and Payment
Our services come with associated fees, which will be clearly communicated before any work commences. Full payment is required before the initiation of any services.
7. Service Discretion
GAPPA retains the right to decline content creation requests at our discretion and is not obligated to provide reasons for such decisions.
Should we decline a request, you will be promptly informed.
If payment has been made for a declined service, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for unused credits.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GAPPA shall not be liable to you, the end user, for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if GAPPA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using GAPPA’s services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to assume all risks and potential damages, whether known or unknown, associated with the use of our services. This assumption of risk is an essential part of the agreement between GAPPA and its users.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages is not permitted, GAPPA’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
This limitation of liability clause is designed to protect GAPPA’s business interests while providing clarity to users about their rights and responsibilities when using our services.
9.Subscription Consent
By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive communications from GAPPA. These communications may include order notifications, system updates, information about new services, promotional offers, and educational materials. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails.
10.SEO Services Disclaimer
GAPPA, as a provider of specialized SEO services, does not guarantee specific search engine rankings for any keyword, phrase, or search term. Additionally, we do not guarantee increases in website traffic.
While we implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends to enhance your online visibility, results may vary due to factors beyond our control. By using our SEO services, you acknowledge that rankings and traffic improvements cannot be guaranteed.
11.Non-Refundable Services and Content Retention Policy
GAPPA provides intangible and irrevocable goods and services. As such, we do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions or services. Once work is completed, all purchases are considered final. Each service we offer includes a reasonable number of revisions by the client to ensure satisfaction, as specified in the individual service agreement. Full refunds are issued only if we fail to deliver the ordered service. No refunds are provided for unused credits or completed work.
Furthermore, we do not store content ordered through our services indefinitely. All content is deleted 30 days after the service completion date. It is the client’s responsibility to save and back up any deliverables within this timeframe.
This policy ensures clarity regarding our refund practices, content retention, and revision process, allowing us to maintain efficient operations while providing high-quality services to our clients.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
